QY50KA is XCMG designed 50 ton truck crane, it is with XCMG designed and produced truck chassis with full wide cab, drive/steer is 8X4X4.
It is with 5 section boom and 2 section lattice jib.
Main features:
1、Whole diversity configurations, to provide users with more choices
By optimizing the overall layout of calculation and optimization, to achieve the lowest vehicle weight performance maximization case, the operating performance is most advanced in whole Chinese crane industry. And the engine is Hangfa or Weichai engine as options, selectable 4.5t and 5.5t counterweight two modes of operation, which greatly broadens the scope of the user to select and use.
2、Advanced boom technology
5-section telescopic boom, optimized U-shaped cross-section, high-strength steel, crane lifting the performance of the domestic industry has always been a leader. Embedded arm puller reduces the crane is torsion, lateral bending, and the slider and the boom point or line contact phenomena; insert the slider to increase the effective overlap length boom, can effectively avoid local failure stable phenomenon. Telescopic proprietary technology to improve active safety telescopic system.
3、New LUDV hydraulic system control technology applications, to improve the ability of compound action
System uses independent of flow distribution technology, when the actuator is required when the flow is greater than the pump flow, the system will be proportionally allocated to each flow actuator, which greatly improves the performance of the composite action.
4、Double pump confluence fully applied to improve the operating speed
System use the telescopic luffing and hoisting of action to achieve double pump confluence, thereby effectively raising the telescopic luffing, lifting the working efficiency, to meet market and customer needs;
5、New cooling system, effectively improve the heat exchange rate
Upgraded cooling system, improving vehicle cooling capacity, optimize the structure set deflector wind patterns, adding to the windshield configurations; increased exhaust system to further improve the efficiency of heat exchange cooling system.
6、Crane Cab
Ergonomically designed large arc streamlined cab, conforming to ISO standards, beautiful and comfortable, bold and powerful vision. Equipped with LCD monitors, various operating status at a glance.
7、Main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism
Built two planetary gear reducer is compact structure, good performance. Normally closed brake, high reliability, high efficiency; dual pump confluence and high pressure automatic variable motors, can effectively improve the lifting speed, increasing the range of operations to achieve heavy low-speed, no-load speed.
8、Slewing mechanism
Using planetary gear and unique back-pressure technology to improve the stiffness of the system, effectively eliminating rotation jitter problems and ensure smooth rotation, and reliable.
9、Safety devices
Equipped with a torque limiter, with temperature control and backlight dot matrix LCD color display can be clearly visually displayed as text and graphics crane operation parameters, so that a variety of working conditions at a glance; equipped with an overload protection device and over volume; has height limit, safe direction detection and other security devices; and a lighting device, easy operation at night.
